　　In the process of manual printing, affected by printing equipment, printing technology, printing materials and other factors, printing materials often have various defects, such as ink spots, foreign bodies, incomplete characters, leakage, color difference, inaccurate overprinting, stains, tangents, ink dragging, scratches, glue overflow, bubbles, etc. However, the traditional method of detecting printing quality is manual random sampling, which is greatly affected by subjective judgment. It is difficult to ensure the accuracy and consistency of printed products. Once these defects appear on the product packaging, the visual perception of the product will be greatly reduced.

　　CCD screen printing machine is used to detect the quality of printed matter. The basic principle of its operation is to use the camera to take (capture) the image on the printed matter, and match and compare it with the standard printed matter (template) image on the computer. If the difference is found to exceed the set tolerance range, the product is judged to be nonconforming.

　　Cameras equipped with machine vision inspection equipment have two types of cameras that test print quality: linear cameras and planar cameras. Linear array camera can only obtain one line of image information at a time, and the photographed object must be transmitted back and forth from the camera in the form of a straight line to obtain a complete image, which is suitable for image detection of objects with uniform motion. Face array cameras can capture the entire image information at once, which is faster.
